EDCX - Microcord - 1.4 mm - Black - 10 m

EDCX - Microcord - 1.4 mm - Black - 10 m is an extremely durable yet ultralight nylon cord that is an essential piece of equipment for every survival, bushcraft, and everyday carry (EDC) enthusiast. Manufactured by the Ukrainian brand EDCX, Microcord is characterized by its precise craftsmanship and versatility not offered by standard strings. Thanks to its minimal diameter of 1.4 mm, this cord is perfect for tasks requiring high precision.

The cord is made of 100% high-quality nylon, which provides it with an impressive breaking strength of approximately 38 kg (85 lbs). This material is fully resistant to the negative effects of UV radiation, which means that Microcord does not fade in the sun and maintains its structure for a long time. Additionally, the product exhibits total resistance to mold and rot, allowing it to be used without concern in humid environments, during rain, or during water crossings.

The applications for Microcord EDCX are almost limitless. It works great as a material for creating precise knife handle wraps, weaving survival bracelets, lanyards for flashlights, or zipper pulls. In emergency situations, it can serve as a fishing line, a cord for repairing a tent or clothing, and for securing small gear to prevent loss. The set includes 10 meters of deep black cord, making it a discreet and professional addition to your gear.
